I placed an order and made payment for a wall fan via the online store.

Right on the next day, I got a call informing me that the fan I ordered was out of stock, so they’re sending a different one, which is of better quality and a tad more expensive, but no extra charge!

The fan showed up the very next day and it works like a charm!

I came across some awesome reviews for this company, so I was pretty excited to make a purchase. But then I found out that the prices listed for the items I wanted were wrong on their site, and they reached out to inform me about it. Fair enough, I guess. I requested a refund for that part of my order and asked them to ship the other items. They promised me it would be taken care of. Yet, it hasn’t happened, even after I’ve tried to get in touch with them multiple times over the last few weeks. Just really disappointing service overall.

I purchased a tent from these guys. A few components were absent. I was informed to hang tight for some replacement pieces, and they said it would be resolved shortly. SIX MONTHS go by. Eventually, I lose patience and request to send it back for a refund. Now, I'm being told I have to cover the return shipping cost (almost £25 with DHL) myself if I want any shot at getting my money back.

Top-notch service arrived the next day after I placed my order, can't ask for anything better. This delivery was to swap out items from Amazon, and it cost less than half for way more than what I got from them. Plus, Amazon had two attempts to deliver the item and messed it up both times. I've been a customer of Green Spirit for years by going to the Sheffield store, but I won't be ordering directly again in the future. I gave 5 stars, but that's just 'cause I couldn't give more!

After that, I didn't hear anything, so I reached out to them and found out they still didn't have it but were expecting it soon. Once they finally got it, they sent it out right away, and I got it the next day. Just a real letdown with the initial communication and the misleading info on the website about its availability.

This was my first experience with Green Spirit Hydronics, and after being in the industry for over two decades, I've tried my fair share of places. But I can say for sure that I'm sticking with this company for the long haul. I placed my order online, and honestly, saying I was impressed with the customer support is putting it mildly. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Stuart for his assistance and service; he definitely deserves a raise or, even better, a promotion!
